I have forwarded the permission a second time (after it was originally sent by the administration personnel) on the 13 of November 2012. The subject of the e-mail is "BG President Rosen Plevneliev - Official Photo". I reckon the original e-mail to the OTRS team they had misspelled the address (writing: permission-commons@wikimedia.org) Please don't delete this without contacting me, I have the actual permission. --Dimi z (talk) 21:35, 13 November 2012 (UTC)

When you upload images, for which OTRS is pending, you must tag them with {{subst:OP}}. — Luchesar • T/C 10:43, 14 November 2012 (UTC)

I'd also suggest that you leave a notice at Commons:OTRS/Noticeboard. Don't forget that everyone is busy enough, so asking other people to contact you, when it's your responisibility, is not really kind. Good luck! — Luchesar • T/C 10:47, 14 November 2012 (UTC)

Thanks for the advice. First time I use the OTRS system so I am a bit confused still. Anyway, on the noticeboard they said ":It is ticket:2012111310014622, however it was not processed yet.".
