Liqued resistor or water-cooled resistor

The original Flickr page says "Water cooled resistor to test the generators at full load."; water-cooled would probably imply a solid resistor surrounded by a cooling system that exchanges heat through water.

However, this is in Category:Liquid resistors, which would actually imply the resistor itself is a liquid.

It *could* be both, but that's unlikely; does anyone know which is the case? Marcusmueller ettus (talk) 12:58, 23 December 2022 (UTC)[reply]
