This was tagged a year ago by a single-issue IP editor, but not discussed further beyond the comment, "where is the latch? it is flipflop!"

However this isn't a flipflop, it is just a latch. Perhaps the IP was confused by the difference between D-type and JK-type registers? Andy Dingley (talk) 16:36, 10 November 2010 (UTC)
