This is a postcard of a series issued Sedlitskim Collectors Club in 2010. The series focuses on the Polish Army in the photographs. Behind the card is signed, all rights reserved, and a description. So maybe the original photo, and passed into the public domain ... but about the cards - I do not know. If it were not signed, and the regimental sign - that is one thing, and it seems to me, is the latest work ... Should derivative works based on the public domain images be copyrighted if just a little addition made to them? If no, we just need to correct license a little bit. --Renessaince (talk) 14:57, 8 May 2012 (UTC)
