A Zwack-család már több mint kétszáz éve, 1790 óta elkötelezett továbbörökítője egy gyógynövényekből készült, sötétbarna színű, keserédes italnak, melyet Unicumnak neveznek. A család tagjai közül az első, II. József Habsburg császár udvari orvosa, dr. Zwack volt, aki feltalálta e bonyolult receptúrát. A több mint negyven gyógynövény összetevőből akár csak egyet is, ha elvennénk, a nedű rögtön elveszítené varázsát. „Das ist ein Unikum!” – kiáltott fel a császár, amikor először ízlelte meg, és ezzel egy csapásra az ország majdani legnépszerűbb italának névadója lett. |
