Description
English: Zwack Museum. On the night of the Museums, visitors in the backyard of theIt was It was Dr. Zwack, family doctor of Joseph the second, who invented the complicated recipe, containing more then 40 herbs. The Kaiser said: "Das is ein Unikum" (This is unikum). Sources: [1]
Magyar: Zwack Múzeum. A Zwack-család már több mint kétszáz éve, 1790 óta elkötelezett továbbörökítője egy gyógynövényekből készült, sötétbarna színű, keserédes italnak, melyet Unicumnak neveznek. A család tagjai közül az első, II. József Habsburg császár udvari orvosa, dr. Zwack volt, aki feltalálta e bonyolult receptúrát. A több mint negyven gyógynövény összetevőből akár csak egyet is, ha elvennénk, a nedű rögtön elveszítené varázsát. „Das ist ein Unikum!” – kiáltott fel a császár, amikor először ízlelte meg, és ezzel egy csapásra az ország majdani legnépszerűbb italának névadója lett.
