| Description |
Deutsch: Fassade der Kaffeerösterei Zuntz in Bonn-Südstadt, Königstraße 78. Rachel Zuntz (geb. Hess, 1787–1874)[1] gründete 1837 zusammen mit ihrem Sohn Leopold (1814–1874) die Traditionsfirma A. Zuntz sel. Wwe (1879 Niederlassung in Berlin, danach in vielen anderen Städten). Der Gebäudekomplex in der Königstraße entstand ab 1891. Nazi-Terror und Bomben ruinierten die Firma. 1951 übernahm Dallmayr die Berliner Filiale. 1971 verließ der letzte Familienangehörige die Firma, die 1976 ganz an Dallmayr fiel. Von den Bonner Fabrik- und Kontorgebäuden blieben nur der abgebildete neugotische Giebel und zwei Säle erhalten (der Rest wurde 1980 abgerissen).
