Description
English: Symbiodinium, colloquially called "zooxanthellae". Corals contain dense populations of round micro-algae commonly referred to as zooxanthellae. A typical coral will have one to several million symbiont cells in an area of tissue the size of a thumbnail.

It was reviewed on 2019-06-27 02:31:25 by FlickreviewR 2, who found it to be licensed under the terms of the cc-by-sa-2.0, which is compatible with the Commons. It is, however, not the same license as specified on upload, which was the cc-by-2.0, and it is unknown whether that license ever was valid.
