Qinsheng, who oversees the Guangdong, Guangxi, Hunan, Hebei and Hainan Provinces of China, visited Pearl Harbor as part of the continuum of reciprocal exchanges between our two countries, designed to promote peaceful development in the Asia-Pacific region. |
