Description
Hrvatski: Jednokatna ugrađena dvokrilna obiteljska «kuća Spitzer» s predvrtom i dva velika stana izgrađena je 1905. godine po narudžbi odvjetnika dr. Huge Spitzera. Predvrt je ograđen pletenom željeznom ogradom, koja se nalazi na niskom paraperu, između skulpturalno oblikovanih zidanih stupaca. Ulično pročelje je cjelovito sačuvano s loggiom, ostakljenom nadstrešnicom i atikom iznad zaobljenog rizalita. Građena u ozračju mađarskog tradicijskog graditeljstva prepunog metafora «kuća Spitzer» predstavlja raritetni primjer reprezentativne stambene arhitekture.
