Originalbeschreibung: Drei Kaltkathodenröhren: die Leistungsschaltröhren Typ Z0,7/100 U , Z1/100 U und Z 0,7/10 U. Besteller: Morawski, Abteilung: RE. Dietrich Morawski, seit 1969 Dr., ist spätestens seit 1961 in der Abt. Gasentladungsröhren tätig, 1967 ist er Verantwortlicher für das Labor Gasentladungsröhren, danach wird er in den Abteilungsverzeichnissen nicht mehr erwähnt, aber veröffentlicht noch bis 1978 Forschungs- und Entwicklungsberichte zum Thema Dioden und ist bis 1987.
