Description
English: YOKOTA AIR BASE, Japan -- A finger-pulse oximeter measures the oxygen-saturation level in a simulated victims blood March 21, 2013 during a joint emergency management exercise at Yokota Air Base, Japan. The EME gives first responders the opportunity to practice and fine-tune their life saving skills and procedures.
