Description
English: Makar Yevsevievich Yevseviev (a famous Erzya philologist and enlightener of Erzya and Moksha people, 1864-1931) in 1890, while being a member of teaching staff of the Kazan' Seminary, after he graduated from that seminary with excellent results in 1882.
