Description
English: Bubahal is one of the 18 main bahal of Patan. Its formal Sanskrit name is Vidhadhara Varma Sanskarita Yasodhara Mahavihara. A legend describing its history states that Bubahal was originally founded by Vidyadhara-mahavihara as well as Buyabahal, when a bramhani widow settled in the vihara to lead a Buddhist life there with her son, Yasodhara.
