Summary
[edit]DescriptionYMCA, probably in India (c. 1900).jpg |
It was founded on 6 June 1844 by Sir George Williams in London, originally as the Young Men's Christian Association, and aims to put Christian principles into practice by developing a healthy "body, mind, and spirit." YMCA Institute Of Engineering, Faridabad was established in the year 1969 and now the college has granted the status of deemed university in 2009. This college is a joint venture of the National Council Of YMCAs of India, Govt of Haryana, and the Central Agencies for Development Aid, Bonn, Germany Whilst I have no real idea where this is, the doorman looks Asian and it came in a batch of slides that included many identifiable as India.
