Description
Deutsch: Wuppertal, Wohnquartier Langerfeld-Mitte, Langerfelder Str. 134, Haustür, über dem Oberlicht in Sütterlinschrift: "An der Chaussee 2 1/4", was daran denken lässt, dies sei die Adresse während der sog. Franzosenzeit im Rheinland in den beiden Jahrzehnten zwischen 1794 und 1814 gewesen, vergleichbar der berühmten Kölner Hausnummer 4711. Wenn dem so gewesen sein sollte, gilt dies für einen Vorgängerbau dieses Fachwerkhauses, das erst Mitte des 19. Jhdts. erbaut wurde.
