Et cum ad Supplicium Duceretur, / ad vivum Expressus. Anno Domini 1537 die lunae ante Michaelis.

Getreues Bildnis des Georg Wolweber, vormals Bürgermeisters von Lübeck, Aufrührers und Vorkämpfers von Verschwörern, der endlich im Herzogtum Braunschweig-Wolfenbüttel viergeteilt die verdienten Strafen erlitt. Und als er zur Hinrichtung geführt wurde, nach dem Leben gezeichnet. Im Jahre des Herrn 1537, am Montag vor Michaelis.

English translation:

True image of Georg Wolweber, former mayor of Lübeck, seditionist and champion of conspirators, who finally suffered the deserved punishment, being quartered in the duchy of Brunswick-Wolfenbüttel. And as he was led to his execution, portrayed from the life in the year of the Lord 1537, on monday before Michaelmas.
