English: Cmdr. Lance Klosterman, a radiologist at the NATO Role 3 Multinational Medical Unit, shows Army Capt. Casey Wolfe his initial foot radiographs, which were taken during his initial hospitalization in Afghanistan. Wolfe was injured in the Zari district in 2011 when he stepped on an improvised explosive device.
