| Description |
English: Winter clad cliffs of Lochnagar The snow covered cliffs of Lochnagar in their winter beauty. Approximately centre of the image you can see a snow free patch of rock. Major rockfalls occurred in this area in 1995 and 2000 destroying the lower half of a popular winter climbing route called Parallel Gully B. What was once a parallel sided chimney is now a smooth right-facing corner. |
