Deutsch: Das Schloss Augarten bzw. die Porzellanmanufaktur Augarten im 2. Wiener Gemeindebezirk Leopoldstadt. Das ursprüngliche Schloss wurde im Zuge der 2. Wiener Türkenbelagerung 1683 zerstört. Kaiser Joseph I. ließ 1705 auf den Resten des nordöstlichen Seitenflügels einen länglichen Saalbau errichten. Seit 1923 ist die Wiener Porzellanmanufaktur darin untergebracht, die darin aktuell (2018) ein Museum betreibt. |
