Description
ไทย: ป้อมวิเชียรโชฎก สร้างเมื่อ พ.ศ. 2371 โดยพระบาทสมเด็จพระนั่งเกล้าเจ้าอยู่หัวรัชกาลที่ 3 แห่งกรุงรัตนโกสินทร์ ทรงพระกรุณาโปรดเกล้าฯให้พระยาโชฎกราชเศรษฐี (ทองจีน) เป็นแม่กอง สร้างป้อมขึ้นเพื่อรักษาปากแม่น้ำท่าจีนที่เมืองสมุทรสาคร
English: Wichian Chodok Fortress was built in 1828 by King Rama III of Rattanakosin. His Majesty the King graciously appointed Phraya Chodakaraj Setthi (Thongchin) to be the leader of the fort to build a fort to protect the Tha Chin River Estuary at Samut Sakhon Province.
