English: "Skinny-Dipping" fans were treated to a concert by the Whitney Duncan Band March 26, on Camp Prosperity, located in the International Zone of Baghdad. The Morale, Welfare and Recreation event was one of five the band members performed at during their weeklong stay in Iraq. While the drawdown of American forces in Iraq has seen a significant reduction in troops, military leadership still take great pains to ensure troop morale programs remain robust.
