Description
English: Naval Aircrewman (Helicopter) 1st Class Jesse Peterson, from Ridgecrest, Calif., assigned to Naval Air Station Whidbey Island's Search and Rescue unit (SAR), explains rappelling gear and techniques used by SAR to members of the King County Sheriff's Office during a disaster preparedness and response exercise at Seattle-Tacoma International Airport organized by the Port of Seattle.
