Русский: Изменение поперечного сечения канала в форме равнобедренной трапеции в зависимости от угла откоса ѱ. Смоченный периметр выделен синим. Площадь трапеции постоянна и равна 2, её высота постоянна и равна 1. Справа вверху показан график изменения смоченного периметра (P) в зависимости от угла откоса (ѱ). Минимум смоченного периметра достигается при угле откоса равном 60°. Создано в Maple.
English: Change of the cross section of a canal in the shape of isosceles trapezoid as a function of ѱ angle. Wetted perimeter is highlighted with three blue lines. Trapezoid area is constant and equal to 2, its height is also constant and equal to 1. In the upper right corner the change of wetted perimeter (P) as a function of angle ѱ is shown. Minimum of the wetted perimeter is attained when ѱ is equal to 60°. Created in Maple. |
