Description
English: This MODIS image from May 28, 2002, shows the heavily forested terrain of Finland (left) and Western Russia (right). At top right is the White Sea, and at left the Gulf of Bothnia. At lower left is the Gulf of Finland.an arm of the Baltic Sea. To the northeast are two large lakes: Ladoga and Onega.
