English: Mural of Toni Espinar in Calle del Almirante Elizalde in Cartagena (Spain). The work was created for the 2019 edition of One Urban World, an artistic initiative part of the Mucho Más Mayo festival.
In the words of his author, the alien that pierces the chest of the woman on the left symbolizes xenophobia, while the group on the right represents the author along with several friends. Finally, the Cartoon Network characters Cow and Chicken embody the "multidirectionality of life", while the old man refers to the icon of the thrashcore band Ángel Negro. La obra fue creada para la edición de 2019 de One Urban World, una iniciativa artística parte del festival Mucho Más Mayo. En palabras de su autor, el alienígena que atraviesa el pecho de la mujer de la izquierda simboliza la xenofobia, mientras que el grupo de la derecha representa al autor junto a varios amigos. Finalmente, los personajes de Cartoon Network Vaca y Pollo encarnan la «multidireccionalidad de la vida», mientras el anciano hace referencia al icono de la banda de thrashcore Ángel Negro. |
