Nederlands: Beschrijving Lindengracht 246 (gesloopt 1895) Interieur van een kamer op de eerste verdieping met bewoonster. Uit het verslag: 'Hoogste verdieping 2.70 m. De kraan is boven een gootsteen in het portaal. De beeremmer staat in een kast onder de trap. De wanden der kamers zijn behangen. De vloer en zoldering zijn van hout. De trap om boven te komen telt 12 treden met een optrede van 0.22 en een aantrede van 0.08 m. De trap is 0.75 m breed. Bewoners: twee generaties. Man en Vrouw en 1 kindje. De man is van beroep stratenmaker en verdient f 12.00 per week. Van deze f 12.00 wordt door de 'stad' f 0.36 per week afgehouden, voor het pensioenfonds en jaarlijks f 5.10 inkomstenbelasting. Deze belasting was 'nog niet genoeg' en toen kreeg hij de formulieren van de bedrijfsbelasting thuis, en omdat hij het vorige jaar vergeten was, ook nog het formulier van mei 1894 tot 1895.
