Located at 1303 E 41st Street which is now in today's Laurelhurst neighborhood. PH Coll 1170.15

Despite the University of Washington Libraries saying "which is now in today's Laurelhurst neighborhood" this doesn't look anything like Laurelhurst. 1303 E 41st Street in that era would be 1303 NE 41st Street by today's directionals, so this should be the southeast corner of 41st & Brooklyn in the University District (meaning also that it would have to be after 1912, because the 1912 Baist map shows that corner empty). The lay of the land fits that location perfectly. The Weir is first mentioned in the Seattle Times in November 1916, advertising it as new building, most likely dating this photo to late 1916-early 1917.
