Description
English: Alfons Depla (1860-1924). Front page of the Flemish magazine Pallieter (1922-1928). All front pages were designed and illustrated by Jos De Swerts (1890-1939).
Nederlands: Alfons Depla (1860-1924) was een Belgisch arts. Na de Eerste Wereldoorlog werd hij op beschuldiging van Duitsvriendelijk activisme bij verstek ter dood veroordeeld. Depla was naar Nederland gevlucht en stierf in 1924 in Den Haag.
