Summary
[edit]DescriptionWeathered Warning.jpg |
English: 26 November 2012. Badly weathered old signs can have their own interest and even an abstract beauty. The faded cracking central lines are only barely recognisable as someone hit by a jagged bolt of electricity.
It's in Penshurst Road, Tottenham near White Hart Lane overground railway station. The electricity substations nearby do have newer easily readable signs. And are properly fenced and locked. (Scroll down to the third photo.) ___________________________ § Aerial view of where I took these three photos. § Right-click on the photo for larger versions. § Another old Haringey sign. § Romani ite domum! from Monty Python's "Life of Brian". |
