English: U.S. Soldiers, water purification specialists with Alpha Company, 1204th Aviation Support Battalion, Kentucky National Guard connect a water blivet to a UH-60 Black Hawk helicopter while conducting sling load operations during the Vibrant Response 13-2 training exercise at Camp Atterbury, Ind., Aug. 2, 2013. The water blivet will be used to supply water to Soldiers at Forward Operating Base Night Hawk for hydration, cleaning and cooking purposes. Vibrant Response is a U.S. Northern Command-sponsored field training exercise for chemical, biological, radiological, nuclear and high-yield explosive consequence management forces designed to improve their ability to respond to catastrophic incidents.
