English: U.S. Air Force Staff Sgt. Brandon Klein, a SERE specialist from the 66th Training Squadron, Detachment 2, demonstrates how an extraction device will still work even if the person being resuced is rendered unconscious in the Pensacola Bay during the Water Survival Course at Naval Air Station Pensacola, Fla., Sept. 13, 2011. The three-day course consists of classroom academics, zipline and canopy training at a dock near the training facility, and open ocean drag and drop, parasailing, and raft training. The mission of the USAF Water Survival instructors is "to prepare aircrew through realistic training to survive a bailout or ejection at sea." (Photo by Staff Sgt. Jonathan Lovelady)
