Description

When we were camping this summer, we were heading into town (Mattawa) and noticed a whole bunch of smoke comming from the hills. So naturally we tracked it down and it turned out that a landfill in the forest had caught fire. Eventually the fire started to jump from tree to tree so they called in the water-bomber planes. We got to watch them fill up on the Ottawa river and them dump the water in the hills. Quite the cool thing to see. Anyways, this is one of the planes just after filling up.

I have another shot of one of the planes so I may or may not post that tomorrow. Maybe later this week...
