English: Month before WarsawUprising: Gate of Bruhl Palace [1] at Piłsudski Square (Wierzbowa 1 Street) used by Gubernator of Warsaw District Ludwik Fischer. In front of the gate stands a German or collaborator so called Volksdeutsch, dressed in German fashion and waiting for evacuation. On the courtyard German trucks are being packed for evacuation.
Polski: Miesiąc przed Powstaniem Warszawskim: Brama Pałacu Bruhla [2] na Pl. Piłsudskiego (Wierzbowa 1) bedącego siedzibą urzędu Gubernatora Dystryktu Warszawskiego dr. Ludwika Fischera. Przed bramą ubrany na styl niemiecki Volksdeutsch czeka na ewakuacje, a na dziedzińcu widać ciężarówki ewakuacyjne. |
