Description
English: Maj. Gen. William Rapp, deputy commanding general-support, U.S. Forces-Afghanistan, speaks during the opening ceremony for the Warrior Recovery Center at Kandahar Airfield, Afghanistan. The new state of the art treatment facility will treat Wounded Warriors whose injuries are non critical, without requiring evacuation.
