English: Warehouse next to the canal, Elland This warehouse, probably of the late 18C, is next to the canal towpath, and the beam for the crane shows how goods were transferred between barges and the taking-in doors. There is a large finial at the apex of the gable. The part of the building to the right has been demolished. This photo was taken from Park Road. |
