Description
English: Reconstructed War Flag of the Cantonal Republic of Negros, c. 1898, based on an actual reconstructed flag in Negros Museum, Gatuslao Street, Bacolod City (Negros Occidental). Colors based from File:Philippines Aguinaldo flag (obverse).svg as originally uploaded. The "royal blue" shade which is also used in the current flag of the Philippines is a recent introduction (by virtue of Republic Act of 8491).
