En la ermita de Nuestra Señora de Casbas, la decoración pictórica, de autor desconocido, es toda de una mano y ofrece un programa iconográfico completo. Se extiende por muros, lunetos y arcos, e incluye abundantes motivos de ornamentación barroca realizados con buen dibujo que denota precisión y soltura. El colorido es el característico del momento, primera mitad del Siglo XVIII, a base de colores primarios sin gran variedad de tonos intermedios que amortigüen los contrastes.

Enmarcadas en hornacinas aveneradas pintadas, aparecen reproducidas las siguientes imágenes, que en el muro del evangelio, comenzando desde la capilla mayor, son: San Lucas, San Mateo, San Pedro, San Pablo, San José, Santa Elena, San Valero, San Felipe Neri, San Antonio Abad y el niño San Quilez o Quirico. En el muro opuesto: San Juan, San Marcos, San Joaquín, Cristo Crucificado, Santa Ana, Santa Leticia, San Francisco y Santa Lucia.
