Description
Español: Villa Chelo, en el número 44 de la avenida Pintor Joaquín Sorolla, Málaga, España. Se trata de un edificio de estética Art Decó: distribución regular de vanos, simetría en el volumen central, cuerpo saliente lateral con curva en esquina, bandas paralelas horizontales, paramento blanco, ángulos rectos combinados con curvas. Fue construido en la década de 1930 por el arquitecto Antonio Martínez Aragón. El edificio goza de protección arquitectónica por el Ayuntamiento de Málaga bajo la categoría de protección Arquitectónica I y se encuentra incluido en el catálogo de bienes protegidos del Instituto Andaluz del Patrimonio Histórico.
