Fue construido en la década de 1930 por el arquitecto Antonio Martínez Aragón. El edificio goza de protección arquitectónica por el Ayuntamiento de Málaga bajo la categoría de protección Arquitectónica I y se encuentra incluido en el catálogo de bienes protegidos del Instituto Andaluz del Patrimonio Histórico. |
