Villa Hermína is a family house of pink color and unusual shape located in a sloping terrain on the outskirts of the village Černín (part of the town Zdice) in the district Beroun, Czech Republic.

Čeština: Vila Hermína je rodinný dům růžové barvy a nezvyklého tvaru nacházející se ve svažitém terénu na okraji obce Černín (součást města Zdice) v okrese Beroun. Byl dostavěn v roce 2009 podle návrhu (z roku 2000) dnes (2020) již neexistující architektonické dílny „HŠH architekti“ (Petr Hájek, Tomáš Hradečný, Jan Šépka). Architektonická originalita vnitřního uspořádání vily Hermína spočívá v rozdělení celistvého interiéru do tří výškových úrovní spojených dvěma rovnoběžnými šikmými rampami, které procházejí přes celou délku domu, kopírují spád pozemku, funkčně nahrazují veškerá schodiště a zároveň plní úlohy obývacího prostoru, kinosálu a malé pracovny.
English: Villa Hermína is a controversy family house of pink color and unusual shape. It was completed in 2009 according to the design (from 2000) of the now non-existent (year 2020) architectural workshop office "HŠH architekts" (Petr Hájek, Tomáš Hradečný, Jan Šépka). The architectural originality of the interior layout of Villa Hermína lies in the division of the integral interior into three height levels connected by two parallel inclined ramps, which run along the entire length of the house. These ramps copy the slope, functionally replace all inside stairs and at the same time these ramps fulfill the tasks of living hall, private cinema hall and a small study. |
