Description
Français : Photographe : inconnu

Date : de juin 1915 à juin 1919 (le temps de captivité de mon aïeul). Sources :archives personnelles : En possession des originaux. Lieu : Camp de prisonniers à Kurume, Japon. Concerne la : IVème compagnie du IIIème bataillon de marines sera interné au camp de Kurume (Seesoldat in der 4. compagnie des III seebataillons).

Les japonais pendant la première guerre s'étaient appliqués à respecter la Convention de Genève. Des activités au sein du camp, des excursions et visites à l'extérieur étaient organisées. Les prisonniers touchaient même un petit solde. Les japonais espéraient ainsi, être acceptés au sein de la Société des Nations.
