Description
English: Vice Admiral Karambir Singh AVSM, Vice Chief of Naval Staff (VCNS), arrived at Visakhapatnam on 04 August 2016, on a three-day visit to the Eastern Naval Command. Vice Admiral Karambir Singh is on a maiden visit to ENC after taking over as VCNS on 31 May 2016.
