Description
日本語: 桜の木に掛けられたキイロスズメバチの巣の遠景写真（冬の状態）。

中央に極小さく写っているのが巣。File:Vespa simillima Nest HungOnCherryTree02 SideView.JPGの立ち位置のまま標準倍率まで引いた写真。
ロケーション：立入禁止の国有放置林(神奈川県相模原市中央区)。散策路を敷き定期的にヤブを整備している隣の敷地から撮影。

同年3月に入って再確認に行ったが巣は見当たらず、3/17に写真と比較しながら探したところ取り去られていた事を確認した。前々からスズメバチ注意を呼びかける立て看板がある事より、当局のチェックが例年行われているとすれば、この巣は2015年度に作られたモノと考えられる。
