English: Aurangzeb Mosque (also known as Alamgir Mosque), by the Ganges river, Varanasi. Built by Mughal Emperor, Aurangzeb, who ruled 1658 - 1707 CE, under the title of Alamgir I, hence the name of the mosque. |
