Description
English: Uspensky sobor clergy house in Kharkov. 1849
Русский: Самое старое сохранившееся здание на Николаевской площади Харькова 1849 года постройки (Площадь Конституции, 12, угол Московского проспекта). До революции на первом этаже размещался кондитерский магазин Жоржа Бормана. Советское название Восточные сладости (с 2002 года на месте этого кафе-магазина аходится кафе "Медведь", вход слева от банка). Первоначально здание имело два этажа, надстроено на два этажа (это ясно видно) и реконструировано в 1900 году по проекту Б.Г. Михайловского. Работы по реконструкции проводил М.И. Ловцов. Круглый эркер, башенка.
