Summary
[edit]DescriptionUnitarian Church in Summit ribbons representing fallen soldiers.jpg |
English: The Unitarian church undertook a project to remember the names of fallen soldiers in foreign wars by writing each soldier's name on a ribbon. These ribbons hung outside the church for several years. In May 2012, the 4000+ ribbons were taken down, snipped off, and put in a box shaped like a coffin, as a memorial and tribute to fallen soldiers. Later, the box will be buried. |
