Description
English: Sherab Palden Beru (1913? – 29 November 2012) or Uncle Sherab as he was called affectionately around Kagyu Samye Ling Monastery seen here in the room where (by 2011) he was spending most of his time. Despite becoming one of the most prestigious members of the community he was haapy to remain in the same small room he had used when he first came to the monastery.
