Español: El poder diagnosticar y tratar al mismo tiempo una articulación lesionada es una ventaja añadida en la atención al paciente. El uso del ultrasonido en medicina no reemplaza a la historia clínica y al exámen físico, pero es una excelente herramienta complementaria a la experiencia de la palpación de la zona dolorosa. Además, ofrece la ventaja de que, además de diagnosticar el problema, nos permite poder tratarlo en la misma oficina del médico, no emite radiación alguna, y es mucho más barata que otros medios diagnósticos |
