English: Aboard USS Carl Vinson (CVN 70) Oct. 24, 2002 -- Cmdr. Jeffrey Wolf, Carl Vinson’s Safety Officer, plays the slow march, "Lord Lovat's Lament," with his Great Highland's Bagpipes on the flight deck of the aircraft carrier. Cmdr. Wolf plays the bagpipes on each departure and arrival of the carrier from her homeport of Bremerton, Wash.
