English: At sea aboard USS John F. Kennedy (CV 67) -- A CH-46D “Sea Knight” from the “Nomads” of Helicopter Combat Support Squadron Six (HC-6) transfers cargo from USS John F. Kennedy to USS George Washington (CVN 73) as the two Battle Groups conduct a vertrep (vertical replenishment) during turnover. Kennedy and her embarked Carrier Air Wing Seven (CVW-7) are being relieved by Washington and her embarked Carrier Air Wing Seventeen (CVW-17).
