English: The Navy's 2002 Sailors of the Year pose for pictures after being awarded the Navy Commendation Medal by Adm. Vern Clark, Chief of Naval Operations (Far Left). Sailors of the Year are presented left to right as follows: Naval Forces Ashore, Chief Boatswain’s Mate (DSW/SS) Joseph Howard; Pacific Fleet, Chief Machinist’s Mate (SS/DV) Lorenze Tate III; Naval Reserve Force, Chief Intelligence Specialist (AW) Kerstin Elledge; and Atlantic Fleet, Chief Hospital Corpsman (SW/FMF) William Burrell.
